Our philosophy

Parapal design believes that advanced multimedia with sophisticated learning interactions can be made simply and in a cost effective manner with the appropriate tools and techniques. By using Parapal developed Macromedia Flash interactions and a variety of common digital medias (mp3, jpeg, video, text and XML files) it is possible to create learning interactions and games that will run on pcs and macs, for whiteboards, webpages and Virtual Learning Environments.

Many Parapal objects have been created in close consultation with teachers so have been designed to be simple to author whilst retaining all the required functionality. As the activities are flexible and can incorporate images, audio and video files, they can be used to support the teaching of students of any age and in any institutional setting.
