This is how the
essay is structured.
Notice how two of the sentences can swap places as they are both supporting
ideas, and
use similar discourse markers, "also" and "another similarity".
However, it can be argued that the order given is the best as the ideas go from
personal reasons,
food and climate preference, to professional reasons, reputation of the institution.
The thesis
statement given is quite simplistic, but it is a reasonable starting point for
your first compare and contrast essay.
